Arch. Bernal Morales

Bernal is a professional architect dedicated to landscaping ever since he was a student at the University of Costa Rica. His interest in the symbiosis between the design of an architectural object and its influence in people and their surroundings, led him to delve deeper into the theory of urban space. He moved to Sweden in order to attend postgraduate studies in Sustainable Urban Management, and later became founding partner of TPA. He has worked as an architect and landscaper for the past 10 years, and as a musician, amateur photographer and traveler for even longer. This life journey allows him to infuse each design with creativity, innovation and curious details.

Arch. Bernard Sasserath

Founding partner of TPA, Bernard is a landscape architect born and graduated in Belgium who has a profound interest in spaces, and how their organization and aesthetics influence human behavior. His experience in the field of Landscape Architecture has been enriched by 20 years of work, two contrasting continents, labor that is both manual and intellectual, creative and technical, and a wide variety of projects of different scale and scope. Passionate about natural landscapes, biodiversity and urban anecdotes, Bernard develops his potential in a passionate, structured and incisive manner.

ARCH. NICOLE GUEVARA

An architect who graduated with honors from Veritas University, Nicole is interested in the design of spaces and how their layout and aesthetics influence people’s experiences. Her approach combines sensitivity with strategic thinking, as she participates in projects of various scales where technical, creative, and conceptual elements converge. Her work is characterized by a holistic vision and meticulous attention to detail.

MR. ANDRÉS RAMOS

A lover of technology and natural landscapes, Andrés serves as BIM Manager and leads the implementation of BIM methodologies. He also develops digital models, rendered images, and drawing documentation, as well as coordinating the interdisciplinary work involved. Andrés has discovered a passion for travel, and his eagerness to explore new horizons is matched only by his tireless pursuit of efficiency in graphic and document production processes. Through the use of integrated digital tools and a practical approach, he has successfully established seamless, high-quality processes in the office.

ARCH. TITO GUARNIZO

A graduate of the University of Costa Rica, Tito brings an artistic background to landscape design. Before earning his degree, he worked as a muralist, illustrator, and graphic designer, and he sees architecture as yet another medium through which to express his creative vision. His passion for travel constantly broadens his visual and cultural horizons. Nature has always been a profound source of inspiration that has allowed him to authentically integrate into the world of landscape architecture. At TPA, he has developed a well-rounded profile, skillfully balancing the technical and expressive aspects of design.
